Who is the Programme for?
This programme is designed for publishers with an existing footprint in new formats and channels (audio, video e.g., Youtube/Tiktok, games etc.) who aim to accelerate these emerging formats and reach new audiences through experimenting.
This programme offers online consultancy to help publishers assess their current performance and capabilities and to help them launch experiments on audience analysis, content production, formats and distribution, and/or monetisation strategies.
This programme comprises three phases over an eight-week period: Capability & Business Review, Design, and Implementation. Publishers must commit to designing and launching at least 1 experiment during the programme.
